Todd Simon represents clients in family law related matters including divorce, custody, and placement related cases. As a former Guardian ad Litem for Brown County, Mr. Simon has a great deal of experience in handling difficult family law matters which involve children.  Mr. Simon is also an experienced advocate for grandparent rights. 

Mr. Simon also handles both misdemeanor and felony matters representing clients in complex criminal matters. Representative matters range from drunk driving and OWI cases to very complex drug and domestic violence cases. As an aggressive advocate for his clients, Mr. Simon has successfully handled hundreds of criminal cases, many of which have resulted in reduced charges and outright dismissals. Mr. Simon also represents clients in CHIPS (child in need of protection and services) related cases.

Previously, Mr. Simon was an associate attorney with a well established law firm in Green Bay. Prior to entering private practice Mr. Simon served as an intern for a Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge.

Mr. Simon is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, former president of the Brown County Young Lawyers Association, and is currently serving as Vice President of the Brown County Bar Association.
