Matt Schwitzer counsels business, individual, and institutional clients on a wide range of legal and public policy matters. Mr. Schwitzer is a also lobbyist to the Wisconsin Legislature and advises clients on the impact of legislation. Mr. Schwitzer practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business and corporate organization, restructuring and refinancing, real estate, and technology/intellectual property matters. He also advises clients on business planning and strategy.

Previously, Mr. Schwitzer worked at the Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center providing guidance on intellectual property, private securities offerings, warrant agreements and venture capital financing. He drafted various intellectual property licensing agreements for the State of Maryland to be used by participating public schools statewide.

Mr. Schwitzer has also worked for America Online and Amoco Oil Corporation dealing with the intersection of various legal, high-tech, and financial matters. He is currently a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Wisconsin.
