Our client has a significant amount of money in his retirement account through his employer. Client was able to keep all of the money that he had in his retirement account and was happy with the custody and placement arrangement agreed upon for the parties' child. Custody / Placement Case Our client's ex-boyfriend filed a motion in court to have more time with the parties' child. The ex-boyfriend was suspected of using illegal drugs.
